When you make blanks for processing plastic parts or casting models from room temperature vulcanization, the research pathology team removes bubbles (RTV)
Silicone rubber is an important step.
The gap left by the bubbles will destroy the original Perfect model or part.
Before setting up, the \"degassing device\" or the vacuum \"deaerator\" will remove the bubbles from the plastic resin or silicone rubber.
Commercial Degas may be expensive.
This project shows you how to make a small vacuum degassing unit for less than $20.
The only equipment you need to use is a standard air compressor. 1.

The container we will use must be strong enough so that it does not collapse when you pull a vacuum on it (

It needs to be deep enough to hold the mold of the model you are using.
The container in this picture has a solid corner, a solid edge, and deep enough to hold the small mold from which we want to pull out the bubbles (de-gas).
The short segment of the hose must be hard enough so that it does not collapse under vacuum.
A quick connection on the other end is not necessary, but you can buy it at any hardware store.
The threaded end is threaded only at one end, and the other end of the connector has a bayonet tip that enters the tube.
Make a hole in the side of the container.
Instead of using a drill bit, you can consider heating the connector and melting it through a plastic container.
You can also heat the bottom of the drill bit and melt it to the side of the plastic container.
This will ensure that the nozzle fits closely.
When there is a hole on the side of the container, screw in the connector and heat it
Glue or rubber holds the nozzle in place from the inside.
This accessory must be air.
